For both multi-channel and repeated single-channel operations at 20 MHz, use Direct Memory Access (DMA) or interrupts to streamline data transfers and minimize CPU load.
Use a periodic trigger, such as SCCP1, in Single Conversion mode to maintain consistent sampling intervals.
Configure channel priorities appropriately and use the same trigger source for all channels in multi-channel configurations to maintain synchronized data capture.
