Introduction and Installation

This section describes how to install the Microchip Thermal Management Utility Graphical User Interface (GUI) required in order to interact with the ADM00902  demonstration board.

System Requirements

The ADM00902 demonstration board is designed for a personal computer (desktop or laptop) running Microsoft® Windows® 7 or later. For USB connectivity, the PC's minimal physical requirement is a standard Type-A USB 2.0 port.

Microchip Thermal Management Utility GUI Installation

Download the Thermal Management Utility GUI.

The following steps guide you through the installation process:

When the Application Install dialog box appears, click the Next button to continue.

 Read and accept the License Agreement. Click the Next button to proceed.

 Choose the desired installation directory and click Next.

 Once the installation directory has been chosen, click Next to begin the installation.

 Wait for the setup wizard to finish the installation.
