The waveform timing for different Peripheral Touch Controller (PTC) configurations can be determined using the waveform timing calculator below. This calculator provides the timing for the ATtiny-1 series and SAMC21 series microcontrollers, for example, but the concept applies to other devices equipped with the PTC peripheral.
Refer to the device sheet and provide Clock, Prescaler, Charge Share Delay (CSD), and frequency values. The timing for different waveform phases is displayed automatically for one sample (one complete acquisition waveform).
