This page connects you with all the information you need to evaluate and design with Microchip's 32-bit PIC32MX1/2 (XLP) families of microcontrollers.
Family Overview
PIC32MX154/174 | The PIC32MX154/174 family brings lower power run, sleep and deep sleep currents to the PIC32MX family, while increasing the frequency of 28 and 44 pin devices up to 72 Mhz. The PIC32MX154 device has 128 kB Flash and 32 kB SRAM. The PIC32MX174 doubles that with 256 kB Flash and 64 kB SRAM. Target applications include audio and low-cost graphics. - MIPS® M4K® core @ 72 MHz - Low power (XLP) |
PIC32MX254/274 | The PIC32MX254/274 family builds on the PIC32MX154/174 family with the addition of full-speed USB. - MIPS M4K core @ 72 MHz - Low power (XLP) & full speed USB |
