Introduction

Vision development kits are hardware and software tools provided by Microchip for the development of camera-based applications on embedded systems. These kits are designed to help engineers and developers create camera-based applications that run on Microchip microcontrollers (MCUs) or microprocessors (MPUs).

Hardware Configurations

Microchip offers scalable solutions to support a range of camera modules, display interfaces and hardware configurations across different platforms.

Vision Integrated Graphics

Below are vision-enabled MPU solutions integrated with graphics or with a USB interface. Binary images are provided to facilitate rapid evaluation of the demo on the respective boards. Copy these binaries to an SD card, insert the card into the board, and power it on to begin the evaluation. The camera modules used in the demos are available for purchase. For detailed information about these camera modules and hardware setup, please refer to the user guide specific to each board.
