Adding Icons to a Toolbar Group

Selecting View > Toolbar > Customize will open the Customize Toolbar window.  The Customize Toolbar window displays the list of the icons which can be placed on the toolbar.  

To add an icon to a group, select an item from the list on the Customize Toolbar window and drag it onto the desired Toolbar group.

Removing Icons From a Toolbar Group

Open the Customize Toolbar Window by selecting View > Toolbar > Customize.

Select the icon from the toolbar then drag it off the toolbar. When an icon is dragged off the toolbar a small trash can will appear. Unselecting the icon while the trash can is visible removes the icon from the toolbar

Note: Even though the Customize Toolbar Window appears in order to remove an icon from the toolbar, this window is never used or accessed in the deletion process.

Customizing a Group of Icons

Open the Customize Toolbar Window by selecting View > Toolbar > Customize.

Select the New Toolbar button.

Name your new toolbar then select OK.

Your new toolbar group will appear in the main toolbar. Add icons to your new group using the same steps taken to add icons to the default groups.

Resetting the Toolbar

Selecting View > Toolbar > Reset Toolbars will cause the toolbar to return to its default configuration.
